In addition to the events on Bentham’s own Big Green Day, 25th September, which you can read about on page 11 of the current issue of The Bentham News (or click here, or email dianethompson724@gmail.com), our neighbours over the border in Tatham are organising a series events spanning the Great Big Green Week leading up to the 25th. They’re free, and open to all, and cover a range of topics including: life with a domestic wind turbine; retrofitting your home to cut carbon and costs; trees and grassland can reduce CO2 and support biodiversity; and how what you eat matters to the climate and wildlife.
